The design of plastic mold should pay attention to the following problems:



1. The glue inlet should be set on the thick part of the product to ensure smooth and complete filling;

7. The gate size is determined by the product size, geometric shape, structure and plastic type. Small size can be taken first and then modified according to the mold test condition.



8, through the mold flow analysis or experience, to determine whether the product due to the location of the gate combined with the line, affect the appearance and function of the product, can be added cold material hole to solve;



9. When a mold is multi-hole, the same product adopts symmetrical feeding method. When different products are formed in the same mold, the largest product is placed near the main channel first.

Second, do not only look at the price, from the quality, cycle, all-round consideration of service.



1. There are many kinds of molds, which can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to the parts material, physical and chemical properties, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economy and other different requirements, choose different types of mold forming.



2, high precision requirements of the mold needs to use high-precision CNC machine tool processing, and the mold material, forming process have strict requirements, but also need to use CAD/CAE/CAM mold technology to design and analysis.

5, general large stamping die (such as automobile cover die) to consider whether the machine tool has a blank holding mechanism, or even edge lubricant, multi-station progressive, etc. In addition to stamping tonnage, also consider the punching, feeding device, machine tools and die protection device.



6, the mold manufacturing means and process is not every enterprise have and master. In the choice of cooperative manufacturers must understand its processing capacity, not only to see the hardware equipment, but also combined with management level, processing experience and technical strength.



7, for the same set of molds, different manufacturers sometimes have a big gap in the price. You should not pay more than the value of the mold, nor less than the cost of the mold. Mold manufacturers, like you, want to make a reasonable profit in their business. To order a set of molds at a much lower price would be the start of trouble. Users must set out from their own requirements, comprehensive measurement.



Three, avoid multi-head collaboration, as far as possible plastic mold production and product processing.



1. With qualified molds (specimens qualified), it is not necessarily possible to produce batch qualified products. This is mainly related to the selection of machining machine tools, forming technology (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and the technical quality of the operator.
