1. Daily routine inspection and maintenance:

(1) Mold condition: intact or to be repaired.



(2) under the mold rust treatment.



2. Quarterly routine inspection:



It is mainly to clean and maintain the moulds that have not been used for more than two months.



2.1 Open the mold and check the anti-rust effect inside. If there is any abnormality, it shall be treated with anti-rust again. Moulds not used for a long time must be smeared with butter.



2.2 Put it back in place and record it.



Four. Maintenance matters needing attention:



1. Non-professional maintenance personnel or without the permission of professional maintenance personnel, can not remove the mold maintenance.



If there is a small fault in the production process, the adjuster can solve it according to the situation.



Such as:



2.1 Adhesion of mold at glue inlet: use copper needle to knock out the mold at the feed nozzle. Do not use steel needle and other hard objects to knock the mold.



2.2 The cavity is slightly molded, and the polishing materials can be selected according to the finish of the cavity. The polished material such as grain face cannot use sandpaper, brush with copper to dip in to drill gesso or diamond mortar scrub commonly, finish by professional maintenance personnel.



2.3 Product Adhesive Mold: Generally, the product and ejecting part are covered with hot plastic, and ejected after cooling. Be careful not to damage the surface of the mold by burning.



3. Professionals shall not change the structure at will when repairing the mold. If the structure needs to be changed, it can be carried out only with the approval of the quality engineering department.



4. Ensure the quality of maintenance, select appropriate equipment, materials, tools and problem-solving methods, and finish at the fastest speed.

1. Maintenance record of injection molding machine and mould.



I. Purpose:



1.1 In order to standardize the use and maintenance of plastic injection moulds, reduce the damage of moulds and ensure that the production quality can meet customer requirements.

2.1 This standard must be trained by qualified injection molding technicians. 2.2 The injection molding foreman is responsible for the implementation and inspection supervision, and the supervisor is responsible for regular supervision.



Three injection mold maintenance content is divided into:



1.0 Mold maintenance before production



1.1 Clean up the oil and rust on the surface of the mold and check whether there is foreign matter in the cooling water hole of the mold and whether there is water blockage.



1.2 It is necessary to check whether the circular arc in the rubber mouth sleeve of the mold is damaged or whether there is any residual foreign body. Whether the moving parts are abnormal and whether the action is smooth.



2.0 Mold maintenance in production



2.1 Every day, check whether all guide posts and guide sleeves of the mold are damaged, including the guide posts of the mold. Rod and other parts, regularly refueling maintenance, maintenance twice a day on and off work.



2.2 Clean the foreign body rubber wire, foreign body, oil, etc. on the parting surface and exhaust groove of the mold, check whether the thimble of the mold is abnormal and oil it regularly. The parting surface and flow surface are cleaned twice a day. Oil is fed to guide tip, bushing and position determining tip once a day.



2.3 Check whether the waterway of the mold is unblocked regularly, and tighten all the fastening screws.



2.4 Check whether the limit switch of the mold is abnormal. Whether the inclined top is abnormal.



3. Maintenance of the stop mold



3.1 Before stopping the machine, the cooling water should be closed first, the water in the water in the mold should be blown clean, the surface of the mold should be checked to see if there is any residual rubber wire, foreign matter, etc. After cleaning, the rust inhibitor should be sprayed evenly, and the relevant records should be filled in accurately.



Four. Plastic mold maintenance management points



Key points of mold maintenance management, the main maintenance items are:



1. Cleaning PL surface, cavity, center surface and other parts of mold



2. Lubrication of the moving parts of the mold, loose fastening of bolts,



3. Rust prevention of cooling water holes, wire breakage inspection of electrical parts, etc



Continuous production should be regularly maintained in production, interruptive products in a batch production after must be downtime maintenance, so that it is in the best maintenance state.



Mold maintenance should be carried out daily and regularly in accordance with the "Mold Maintenance and Maintenance", and with the "Mold Maintenance Checklist" to confirm and work, and then record each mold production on the record sheet, this record is the record of the mold, in the future inspection is of great help. The key point of maintenance is that under the fixed necessary frequency and time, the serious implementation of mold maintenance management "is not to repair immediately after the occurrence of accidents, but to prevent the occurrence of accidents".



Injection mould trial management



Mold test refers to the experimental stamping or plastic molding after the initial assembly of the mold, in order to examine the performance of the mold and the quality of the embryo. Test report: after the completion of the test, need to quality inspection department to issue the test report, reflect the various appearing in the test process, including mold injection molding conditions and plastic pieces of defects, and mention the test number, mold number, name of plastic parts, try mould reason, model number, test date, batch number and test machine and other detailed information.



Mold test pass rate: pass rate reflects the number of die test, as well as the success rate of die test. It is an important technical index to measure the mold processing master and the design department.



Mold acceptance management: after the successful mold test, the customer shall confirm the result of the test and sign for the acceptance sheet of the mold. The mold acceptance report signed by the customer shall be assessed from the following aspects: the quality of the plastic parts, the performance of the mold, the technical document (sample), the delivery date, etc. Mold basic file: identify the name of the mold, cavity number, assembly drawing, product drawing and related requirements and technical instructions (test or original sample, material and shrinkage rate, assembly requirements, volume); Mold status (normal, under repair, malfunction, damage, scrap).



Mold trial record: the record mainly records the date, personnel, place, equipment, materials, condition description, appearance and quality inspection report of the trial.



Acceptance record of the mould: Acceptance record of the mould mainly records the situation in the acceptance process of the mould, including acceptance personnel, acceptance date, acceptance place, acceptance sample, test report, condition of the mould and acceptance technical quality, etc.



Mold entering (warehousing) record: the mold entering (warehousing) record records the mold entering (warehousing), mainly including the date of warehousing, supplier's name, address, zip code, contact phone number and person in charge.
