2. Post-bronzing process. The post bronzing process uses ink and the bronzing parts are installed behind the printing station of the label machine. The reel material is first printed and passes through the drying device, the ink is dried instantly, and then the surface of the material or the surface of the ink is bronzed after the ink is dried. Because the ink has been dry, gilding graphic juxtaposition and overprint on the reel material does not have any effect, will not occur ink rubbing phenomenon.

Compared with the two bronzing methods, post-bronzing is an ideal method, which brings convenience to label graphic design and expands the application scope of bronzing graphic. However, due to the limitations of equipment functions, the label cost is relatively high. The first stamping process is suitable for small label processing with simple graphics and text. It has low cost and wide application range. It is a common method used in small and medium-sized printing plants.
